THOUGHT Becomes THING
We all often listen "'stay healthy', 'take care of your body', 'focus on your looks',etc but at the deepest level having a HEALTHY MIND is more important than having a HEALTHY BODY.
In this virtual world of social media, we all are more conscious about how we look rather than how we feel, we forget to build our inner confidence first before doubting ourselves.
Nowadays, every second person is being a victim of his/her own expectations which further leads to anxiety, depression, loneliness, inferiority complex,etc
And within a fraction of second our own expectations causes disappointments and we end up complaining and cribbing about almost everything which makes the case even worse.
Now, you know the cause why we feel low at times, we cry for no reason, talk baseless stuff of not being good enough, give negative self talk in our own mind which eventually affects our productivity and we do less in our job or at studies.
So the question is how to tackle this?
Well the answer is by creating a healthy mind.
Remember this
THOUGHTS BECOME THINGS !
"Our thoughts are the only reason for all our feelings"
•If you think good thoughts you will eventually end up feeling good.
•But if you think bad thoughts , all you get is bad feelings.
Its a chain between our thoughts and our emotions. once we understood the relationship between the mind and emotions, we can switch our bad thoughts to good thoughts, which will further switch our bad vibes to happy vibes.
Now if you aren't clear what I am talking about let me give one example
Imagine yourself,all dressed up, looking very attractive, you are capturing the attention of everyone around you, getting awesome compliments for your looks.
How will you feel?Of courcse good. Right?
Because deep within you are feeling, a good feeling, confident.
But if any one Walks upto you and say that the colour you are wearing is not suiting your skin tone, the dress is looking horrible in that and you've done a faux pas by wearing it to the party. What happens?in instance All the good feelings get replaced with self doubts, and complexes
Your mind focuses on that one negative compliment and you end up feeling bad.
So its all nothing but our thoughts that determines our emotions.
You have to be more conscious about your thoughts.
Having healthy mind helps to eliminate the negative area.
We feel calm,balanced, at peace.
So,Ultimately its our choice of good or bad, happiness or sorrow, peace or chaos
